This notice explains how we handle information on GoImpact.com. We use the site to present the domain, publish general editorial material, and receive acquisition or partnership inquiries. It does not cover the separate practices of websites reached through external links.

Information included in an inquiry

When you submit the inquiry form, we receive the details you choose to provide. Those may include your name, email address, organization, selected inquiry type, intended use, and message. Purchase-related fields may ask about an offer or preferred transaction method. Partnership-related fields may ask for a short description of the proposed arrangement.

Please send only what is needed for an initial conversation. Do not include payment credentials, government identification, health information, or confidential records that are not necessary to review the inquiry.

We use submitted information to assess the request, communicate with you, maintain relevant correspondence, and, when appropriate, discuss a possible transaction. A form submission does not place you on a marketing list. We do not sell inquiry information or use it to create advertising audiences.

Technical information used to operate the site

Our hosting, security, and message-delivery providers may process ordinary request data needed to serve pages and protect the inquiry route. This can include an IP address, browser and device information, requested page, request time, and technical status records. Limited request counts may be used to identify automated abuse and keep the form available.

Providers process this information under their own service terms and retention practices. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect the site, respond to lawful process, obtain professional advice, or carry out a transaction that you have chosen to discuss.

Consent preference

The site displays a preference notice with Accept and No thanks choices. Either selection can be stored in your browser so the site remembers the decision and does not ask on every visit. Declining does not enable optional tracking or storage. The current site does not load optional analytics or advertising trackers, so accepting the preference notice does not activate those tools.

You can remove the saved choice through your browser’s site-data controls. If you clear it, the notice may appear again. External services linked from GoImpact.com set their own privacy rules when you visit them.

Retention and access

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to evaluate and answer the request, maintain a record of the discussion, complete any resulting agreement, resolve a dispute, or meet applicable recordkeeping duties. Technical records may be retained according to the practices of the providers operating the site and message route.

Access is limited to people and providers who need the information for those purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical protections, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your requests

You may use the inquiry page to ask about information connected with an earlier submission or request a correction or deletion. Include the email address used for that inquiry so the correspondence can be located, but do not add unrelated sensitive information. We may need to verify the request and may retain records when an applicable obligation or legitimate operational need requires it.

GoImpact.com is intended for adults evaluating the domain or reading the editorial material. We do not knowingly invite children to submit personal information. Please notify us through the inquiry route if you believe a child has sent information so the matter can be reviewed.

Changes to this notice

We may revise this notice when the site’s information practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions about this notice can be sent through the inquiry form.
